We are delighted you have decided to publish with Massages Express and extend our warmest greetings. The goal of Massages Express is to provide a platform for massage therapists to advertise their services to the general public. These are the terms and conditions under which you may use this website. The cookie and privacy policies of Massages Express may be found on this page.

Your Agreement to These Terms and Conditions
It is strictly forbidden to use the service in any way that violates the law. As part of this agreement, you promise to follow all relevant rules and laws. Your usage of Massages Express indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You may not access or otherwise use the Site if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, by using this site, you accept cookies and agree to the terms of the Massages Express Privacy Policy. Because Massages Express has the right to modify these conditions at any moment, it is your responsibility to check back often to see if any changes have been made. We strongly advise you to stop using Massages Express if you disagree with any of the terms and conditions or are unhappy with any upcoming modifications.

Using Massages Express
You agree not to do the following while using Massages Express:

  • break any rules set out in this Posting Agreement
  • spread any type of false or deceptive information
  • violation of the rights of others
  • send out unsolicited email, participate in “chain letters,” or promote “pyramid schemes”
  • send out malware or anything else that might compromise the security of Massages Express or the users’ data or belongings in any way
  • misuse someone else’s work by stealing, modifying, or redistributing it
  • gather (such as an email address) about other people without their knowledge or permission

Our website is for legal use only. This site is not for you if:

  • in a manner that violates any federal, state, or municipal law or regulation
  • intending to do damage to a youngster or trying to do so
  • to intentionally transmit illegal content, or to send, receive, upload, download, use, or re-use content that violates our rules.
  • Sending or arranging to distribute advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation that are not specifically requested or authorized (spam).

Disclosed Information
You acknowledge and agree that Massages Express may collect, transfer, store, and utilize your personal information on servers located in the Netherlands, the United States, and China for the purposes set out in our Privacy policy. Furthermore, unless you notify us otherwise, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us.

Advertisement removal
If we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or our Posting Rules in any way, we have the right to remove your advertisement from the Massages Express website.

You may be eligible to get a refund of the price you paid to have the advertisement shown. However, Massages Express has the right to refuse refunds for any services purchased via the site. A violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Posting Rules, in our sole discretion;

Editing your ad
The Massages Express website has a convenient “My Account” area where users may go to make changes to their profile information at any time. (Note that updating your profile information requires you to be logged in.)

We retain the right to make minor adjustments to your ad in order to ensure compliance with all of the Terms and Posting Rules if we discover any violations of these guidelines during verification.

Rules for posting

  • You can’t promote sexual services in your Massage Services ad.
  • If you’d like to use a photograph in your ad, it must be of you, your employees, or the spa itself; generic stock photos are not allowed. You can’t just post any old images; they have to be good ones. Completely nude or sexually provocative ads will not be published, and neither will requests for refunds.
  • You must not offer false contact information or use the information of another person without their consent (this includes using their name, phone number, postal address, email address, photographs, etc.).
  • You take full responsibility for any and all content you post to Massages Express, as well as the outcomes of such posts. Anything that we deem improper or in violation of the aforementioned conditions may be removed or rejected at our sole discretion. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or deny access to Massages Express, either temporarily or permanently, or refuse to register a user altogether.

Liability
Our responsibility for death or bodily damage caused by our negligence or the fault of our agents or employees is not limited in any way by anything in these conditions. You accept that we cannot be held liable for the comments or actions of any users.

We cannot guarantee the truthfulness of posts or user interactions or the legitimacy, safety, or legality of what is provided on Massages Express since most of the information is generated by users like you.

We will not be held responsible in any way for content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or otherwise violates the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law.

What goes on between service recipients and providers (massage therapists, spas, and salons) is not the responsibility of Massages Express. Massages Express is not liable for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising out of any agreement reached between the parties.

Publish
No guarantee is made that any of the information, views, opinions, or advice presented on the Site is correct, up-to-date, comprehensive, or helpful. Furthermore, it does not support the views expressed by others or the suggestions made by others. The Site’s users are solely responsible for the content of their submitted messages. Ad posting privileges and access to the Site may be permanently revoked for any user who is found to be in violation of the Terms. You acknowledge that you, not the Site, are responsible for any posts, advertising, messages, advertisements, pictures, sounds, images, text, files, video, or other materials (collectively “Content”) placed on, transmitted via, or linked from the Site. You understand and agree that the Site screens, monitors, and approves Content, and that the Site has the right to alter, delete, or relocate any Content (including relocating an ad or posting to a different part or category within the classifieds) for any reason. When chatting with other users, remember that the Site is not liable for anything that happens between you and them. All transactions with other users on the Site are strictly between you and the other user. The Site shall not be responsible or accountable, directly or indirectly, for any products, services, resources, or material accessible via such transactions or communications or for any injury linked thereto. In the event that you have a disagreement with another user or a third party, the Site is not obligated to take sides in such dispute.

You acknowledge that the Site and our service are public forums. You acknowledge that the Site has no responsibility to get involved in any dispute between you and any user of the Site. You additionally agree to waive any claims, demands, and damages you may have against the Site that are related to or arise from such a disagreement. You assume all responsibility and liability for the content of any advertisements you create or that are created using your Account. Paid sponsor advertisements and paid print advertisements cannot be cancelled for a refund at any time on the Site. Because of our cheap prices and small team, we cannot afford to provide credits or refunds.

Site Warranties Disclaimed
In other words, you accept the risk of using the site entirely on your own. NOTHING ON THESE CLASSIFIEDS SHOULD BE TAKEN AS REFLECTING BADLY ON THE SITE. THE SITE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO GUARANTY IS MADE THAT THE SITE OR ITS CLASSIFIEDS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS OF ANY KIND. THIS SITE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS.

You understand and agree that you download or otherwise get data or other content from this Web site at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such content or materials.

This disclaimer may not apply to you if you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties.

Liability Limitation
It is possible that the Site’s content, services, and products may have bugs or be unavailable for short periods of time. The Site makes every effort to keep the information, services, and products it provides up to date, but it cannot be held liable for any mistakes, malfunctions, lost profits, or other consequential damages that may result from using the Site.

In no event shall the Site or its affiliates, owners, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, sponsors, suppliers, or partners (collectively, the “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or other damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with or relating to I the use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) any information You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnified parties from and against any and all claims arising out of or related to any actions taken by you or any person authorized to use your account, including, but not limited to, disclosure of passwords to third parties. As a condition of using the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against any and all liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or participation in any Site activities.

Your only recourse and exclusive remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with the Site or any portion thereof or with respect to any disagreement with these Terms shall be to cease using the Site.

Indemnity
Any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or the infringement by you, or other users of the Site using your computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, will be indemnified and held harmless by you and the Indemnified Parties will not be liable for any damages. The Site may, at its own cost, and if it chooses, take exclusive control and defense of any issue for which you would otherwise be responsible for indemnification.

Violations
Any breaches of these Terms should be brought to the attention of info@ilovemassageuk.com.

Splitting Up and Giving Up Rights
You agree that if any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered separate from these Terms and shall not impact the validity and enforceability of any remaining sections. Even if a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Terms is unconstitutional, the parties still agree that the court shall endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as embodied in the provision.

Failure on the part of the Site to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision unless recognized and agreed to by the Site in writing to be a waiver.

General
All previous agreements between you and Massages Express are thus terminated and replaced by these terms and the other rules mentioned on Massages Express. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall be construed to, form an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern this Agreement and be used for its interpretation. You and Massages Express Limited both agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute that could arise between us. Not enforcing a clause now does not mean we won’t later. The other provisions must continue in effect even if any particular provision is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction. We reserve the right to transfer this Agreement at will in compliance with the notification provision set out below.

All notifications to Massages Express, 26 North End Crescent, London, United Kingdom, W14 8TD must be delivered through registered mail, with the exception of those dealing to material that is unlawful or infringing. You may expect to receive communications from us at the email address or physical mailing address you specify, or by registered mail. Any correspondence sent by registered mail will be considered received five days after the date of sending.

This agreement is subject to change at any moment, with the new terms taking effect upon your next post or 30 days after the new terms have been made available on the Massages Express website, whichever comes first. The only way this Agreement can be changed is if both parties agree to it in writing and both parties sign it.

Please be aware that if your massage ad is deleted for violating our rules, we cannot provide a refund.
